Thiruvananthapuram: As part of the Mathrubhumi International Festival of Letters (MBIFL '26), a significant discussion/face-to-face session titled "Guru - Daivam - Swathanthryam" (Guru - God - Freedom) will be held today, January 26, 2026.
The event is scheduled to take place at 5:30 PM at the Kanakakkunnu Palace grounds, the primary venue for the festival.
Key Participants
The session will feature two prominent personalities:
Swami Sandrananda: Secretary of Aruvipuram Math and Temple.
K. Madhu: Noted journalist and writer.
This discussion is one of the highlights of the ongoing literary celebrations in the capital city. While the main festival (MBIFL) is scheduled from January 29 to February 1, the associated MBIFL Book Fair is already underway, having started on January 22 and running through February 1.
The session promises a deep dive into spiritual and philosophical perspectives on the concepts of divinity and liberty in the modern world.
